Your Role
As our new Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing innovative and engaging social media campaigns that enhance our brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. Your expertise will guide the social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Amazon's marketing goals.
- Create engaging, shareable content tailored to our audience on various social media platforms.
- Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Research and stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and participate in social media events and campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and live sessions.
- Assist in crisis management by monitoring social media communications and responding to potential challenges.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in social media management and a passion for digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a flair for visual and written storytelling.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in crisis communication and community engagement is a plus.
